About Plooof

Plooof is a Toronto-based studio dedicated to curious kids of all ages. We make things and gentle prompts to notice, feel, make, and wonder. A practice of paying attention. A dedication to the small moments, the soft stuff, the in-between things.

Plooof is about noticing.

We're two parents in Toronto's east end who love curiosity, making things and hanging out with our own kids. Plooof started because we wanted more of that in the world and hope that other families might too.

We are open enough to let these moments move us and light enough to not make a fuss about it.

We patch and mend and stitch small celebrations into things. We make kits for hands that want to be busy and minds that need to wander. We make space for people to fall in love with the joy of process.

Nothing here is trying too hard. Everything here is trying to notice.
